Lotto
1. HOW TO PLAY:
Register at http://www.CityLotto.com. You are required to provide:
A. First and Last name,
B. Postal Address
C. Your E-mail Address
D. Your Year of Birth.
E. Your Gender
You must update these addresses, within 45 days of a change. Our player account login will allow you to make changes
to your information/ Each entry or entries and your number picks will be confirmed via e-mail. You must remain a member, thru the drawing date cutoff, for your entry to remain valid.
2. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: City Lotto may, from time to time, offer players the opportunity to gain additional entries
in the next scheduled drawings. Online via this offers may a player receive more than 1 entry per drawing.Each entry will
consist of 5 numbers selected from the group containing 1 thru 45 and 1 number, the City Ball, chosen from the group
containing 1 thru 55. If the player selects less than the necessary numbers to successfully enter, the City Lotto's
website will randomly fill any missing picks. The odds of any one entry matching the winning numbers is 1 in 67,196,745
3. MONTHLY DRAWINGS: City Lotto's monthly drawings will be conducted on the first day of the month, beginning
December 1, 2005 in Dallas Texas, at the offices of SCA Promotions, by SCA Promotions. These numbers will be matched
against all entries received between during the previous month, ending on the last day of the month (either the 28th,
29th,
30th or 31st of the month) at 23:59:59 Eastern Time (New York Time) .
4. ELIGIBILITY: City Lotto is offered only to legal residents of the United States of America. A valid US
government issued photo id and social security number are required to collect the prize. Additionally the
winner agrees
to allow City Lotto and SCA promotions to use their name and likeness in company promotions.
5. PRIZES: Classic CityLotto GRAND PRIZE: One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars, paid out as an annuity of $33,333.33
per year for 30 years. If more than one entry contains all of the winning numbers, the Grand Prize will be divided evenly
among the correct entries. No other prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed. Taxes are
the responsibility of winners. Non U.S. residents are ineligible to participate.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules which are final on all matters
pertaining to CityLotto. By using this site, you agree to the CityLotto Rules and the terms of use. If you do not agree to
these rules, please do not use our sites. We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Rules
and terms of use at any time. Continued use of the City Lotto website or your continued acceptance of our email following
the posting of changes to these Rules and terms of use will constitute acceptance of these changes. Check this page
regularly, to view changes. CityLotto is governed by the laws of the Canada and the Province of Ontario. The receipt of
emails from CityLotto is required for your participation in and to claim prizes in CityLotto games.
7. REQUIRED SUBSCRIPTION: Return of any CityLotto Email or Prize Claim Email instructions as undeliverable may
result in disqualification. Winners further grant to Abound Media,, Inc. and sponsors the right, but not the obligation,
to use and publish their proper name and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with CityLotto.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Abound Media,, Inc. and sponsors and their advertising and promotional
agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation
unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Abound Media,, Inc. and Sponsors, their
respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for
any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. Other
restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
8. CONDUCT: By entering CityLotto, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules. These Official Rules are final and
binding in all respects. These Official Rules are posted on the CityLotto site throughout the contest. Abound Media, Inc.
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and/or participant that it finds to be tampering with:
1) entry process 2) the operation of the game website 3) acting in violation of the Official Rules 4) behave acting in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participant or company
employee. Abound Media, Inc. reserves the right to audit all winners at the time and can revoke the prize if the winner
has more than 1 registration and entry in the contest.
9. OTHER DISCLAIMERS: No responsibility is assumed by Abound Media,, Inc. or sponsors for lost, late, misdirected
entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property
of Abound Media,, Inc. and sponsors and will not be returned to entrant.
10. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Abound Media,, Inc., CityLotto and sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect
and/or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming
associated with and/or utilized in any contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of
submissions in CityLotto, confirmations or any other e-mails from CityLotto.Abound Media, Inc. and Sponsors assume no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of entries. Abound Media,, Inc.
and Sponsors are not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer
on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email and/or players on account of
technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including
injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or
downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other
causes beyond the control of Abound Media,, Inc. and Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this contest, Abound Media,, Inc. and Sponsors reserve the right at their
sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest.Abound Media, makes no representations or
warranties of any nature whatsoever with respect to any product or service advertised in any promotion, sweepstakes or
other contest presented by Abound Media, Inc. Any liability for claims or damages with respect thereto shall be the sole
responsibility of the advertiser.
11. WINNER'S LIST: Any winning entry will be posted on the site within 14 days of the drawing.
12. Employees and directors of Abound Media, Inc (Sponsor), SCA Promotions (Prize Underwriter), its affiliated
companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising
agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion (and their
immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible.
